How to apply

If you are interested in Big Picture Charity Films potentially working with your organisation, there is a very simple process to follow: Please read and complete the application form below, answering as openly and honestly as possible. We ask that as a minimum all expenses incurred through the production process are met. This would usually be travel and accommodation (if required) and any external personnel we may need to employ (for example a voice-over artist). Please note that there is currently no charge for "Coronavirus Update" films that can be produced in house.

Although our services are offered at a fraction of commercial broadcast rates, as a charity we also ask that you consider making a donation towards our production costs; we can discuss this following your application. Once you have considered how we could possibly help you, simply complete the form below and submit it to us, we aim to get back to you within 7 days.

All applications are considered by our production team and board of trustees on a regular basis and can only be made once every two years. All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence. If you have any questions with respect to any aspect of our service, please call the office on 01206 824549 or email
