This short documentary features the work of the Street Pastors, a group of people who go out into the town and city centres of the UK to look after those who are or become vulnerable of a night time. Filming commenced at 9pm and continued through two nights, ending as the sun rose the next morning. The greatest challenge was the presence of a film crew (something that always attracts late-night revellers) in the town centre. The film has been used to train new Street Pastors and to educate the general public about their work and what they do.
"It's incredible, I can't believe you've made this out of two nights that seemed like carnage!!!"
James Collitt, Colchester Street Pastor
